QuoteFlux Auto provides a platform connecting automotive service providers ("Providers") with clients seeking automotive services ("Clients"). Our Service facilitates the discovery, communication, and transaction between Providers and Clients.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between Providers and Clients should be resolved directly between the parties. QuoteFlux Auto may, at its discretion, assist in resolving disputes but is under no obligation to do so.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. QuoteFlux Auto does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability
